Jake + Derek

Jake and Derek’s wedding in Palm Springs felt so perfectly them. They started the day by getting ready together and ended it by jumping in the pool and encouraging/dragging their friends and family in with them!

The wedding was held over a weekend in Palm Springs. We filmed their welcome party — where everyone present dressed in white — which was complete with lawn games and personalized piñatas. Jake and Derek decided to forgo the convention of wedding parties so they could spend time with all of their guests equally. There was such a sense of both love and fun at this wedding, not just between the couple, but everyone present.
