Karen & Clay’s Big Day

When we first spoke with Clay and Karen they told us they were planning their wedding to be a short, untraditional ceremony followed by a fun party with all their friends and family, and they wanted a light-hearted highlight film that captured the spirit of the day.

They chose the La Chureya estate in Palm Springs, which feels tucked away in its own world despite being just minutes from downtown Palm Springs.

From the mylar balloons that spelled out their wedding hashtag (#karenandclaysbigday) to their piñata cake, they had all the details in place for the quirky fun-filled wedding day they wanted. COJ Events helped them put together the perfect day that went off without a hitch and we had a ton of fun capturing the action and creating their film.

They also got a second film of their entire ceremony that included Clay’s sister reading Dr. Seuss and all the jokes their godmother cracked while officiating the wedding.
